Before proceeding further, each molded piece undergoes its first rigorous quality inspection to verify structural integrity and dimensional accuracy.

Excess material is meticulously trimmed away by experienced operators, leaving a flawlessly smooth and aesthetically clean final contour.

Using advanced heat-press technology, durable front clasps or connection hooks are securely integrated into the bra. This ensures reliable wear and maximizes the garment’s push-up and gathering performance.

The material surrounding the clasp area undergoes a secondary micro-trimming process to guarantee absolute comfort and zero skin irritation during wear.

Our proprietary, medical-grade hypoallergenic adhesive is uniformly applied to the bra surface. The formula is mixed at precise, scientifically controlled ratios to ensure powerful yet gentle skin adhesion.

The bras pass through a high-temperature curing process. This crucial step maximizes the adhesive’s bonding strength and durability, ensuring the product can be reused multiple times without losing stickiness.

Each adhesive surface is carefully sealed with a premium, dust-proof protective film to preserve the tackiness and prevent any contamination prior to consumer use.
